Patients can be held in lateral recumbency with the Pawsitioner while under light analgesia or sedation. Time is saved over conventional exposure because re-takes do not involve re-positioning. The patient and positioner can be easily moved into the opposite side lateral recumbency or dorsal recumbency.

Dorsoventral pelvic views suitable for OFA evaluation can be taken hands-off with the Pawsitioner.

Nearly any view of the skull can be achieved with the Pawsitioner. Rostral-caudal views of the skull and open mouth views become easy. All of this without any personnel in the same room.

The patient can be clipped and prepped on top of any surface without needing to worry about securing. This keeps dust and other contaminants far away from the operating room.

Your flat top table will become far more versatile with the Pawsitioner because the patient can be shifted or rotated to any angle to suite the needs of the surgeon.

I V line patency is easily maintained. The carpal or shoulder straps (or both) can be loosened while still keeping the patient securly positioned and the I V line running.

The rear legs are allowed to splay out of the depressions on each side during surgery or prep.
